Top grain leather: Top grain leather is used on the seats, inside backs and top of arms where the body touches with matching leather split or vinyl at the back and the bottom.
Frame: Kiln-Dry Solid Wood and Plywood Frame. 5 to 7 ply plywood ensures strength, stability and durability. Solid "L" brace is used to reinforce arms to better reduce the risk of swaying or weakening over time. All the back is padded by plywood with foam. All corners and structural stress points are reinforced with corner blocks that are firmly glued in place.
Inner Spring: Sinuous Spring and Pocket Coil Spring. Pocket Coil Seating on top of no sag spring construction. Provides balanced weight distribution, for maximum durability and lasting comfort. Provides greatly appreciated floating sensation.
Foam: 2.25 lb foam for ultra seating comfort. 100% non-recycled, all new materials. Dacron fibers are weighed, blown into the arms and fluffed. Pre-crushed high density foam is used for consistency, endurance & comfort. Polyester fiber on backs.
Seat cushion: Pocket coil seat cushions feature 2.25 lb foam core double wrapped with hollow fill fiber. This way the core will not overly soften loft wise. High resiliency polyurethane foam encased in bonded layers of soft polyester fibers. Benefit is the seat will always look plump and full, keep its firmness and still have a soft look.
Back cushion: Stationary sets have loose back cushions zipped to the fixed back frame for easy delivery & transportation. Backs are stuffed with foam headers and air filled tiny plastic backs. Features bagged and channeled polyester fiber to keep shape and comfort for years to come. Motion sets have Knock Down Back for ease of moving at hallway.
Mechanism: Motion sets employ L&P Mechanism, with German-made Okin motors as alternative option for power motion sets. Wall saver allows full reclining position while in close proximity of the wall. Direct Drive shift distributes pressure providing a firmer easier operation and long-life of moving parts. Self-taping screws throughout reduce the risk of connections loosening and deteriorating. Dual landing gears provide equal weight distribution in an incline position reducing the risk of side movement and wear & tear self lubrication with no maintenance required.
